Is Makeup necessary?

Do girls our age really need makeup? I've been doing some thinking. My conclusion was, that makeup was better for 13+.

Girls these days wear makeup younger and younger. Do you need makeup for 6th grade? Nooo! (Well, maybe for your graduation) Yet, i see so much girls.

Girls use makeup to make them feel better.Prettier.So much stuff. I know, we will need to wear makeup. But for now, we dont need unless we are in middle school. You dont look tired,and your puberty hasent started. So, why start with makeup? If you REALLY want makeup, you should start by the basic.

The basic:

-Mascara

-Lip gloss

I feel like makeup is for girls that feel unsure of themself. They want to feel prettier. That makes me sad ,because some girls dont realise they are already beautiful. When your young,you have fresher looking skin. Don't turn it into something its not. The conclusion is, no, you do not need makeup under 12. You are already beautiful.
